Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Development Manager to join our sales team. The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for qualifying leads, reaching out to potential customers, and assisting in building our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify and target potential customers or leads within a defined market segment.
  • Initiate contact with prospects through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce our products/services and establish interest.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and purchasing timeline.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads for further engagement.
  • Work closely with the Sales Head to develop and execute lead generation strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Experience in Sale is preferable.
  • Fresh may also apply.
  • Strong understanding of sales and lead generation processes.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
